Placing an order
When you place an order with us, we will process your payment securely, select the goods and post them out to you in line with our delivery guideline timescales, we will email you to confirm your goods have been despatched, delivery timescales as per Delivery info.
Out of Stock Items
We try our very best to ensure that all advertised items are fully stocked, however popular items may sell out quickly, in the unlikely event that any of your items are out of stock and the bulk of the order is available in stock we will despatch the in stock items to you and forward the outstanding item/s to you as soon as they become available. Payment will be taken at the time of placing the original order. Please note you will not be charged any further delivery costs for the despatch of the out of stock item/s. If you no longer require the item of stock item please contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel this from your order and arrange any necessary refund. We will notify you by email at the time of placing your order if an item is out of stock.
On Receipt of your order
Once you receive your carefully picked order, please check you items against your invoice, each order is checked against the invoice prior to posting out therefore discrepancies should not arise, should you have any queries please contact us immediately on receipt of your order.
Mailing List
Join our mailing list and we will send you details of special offers, promotions, new products and preview evenings at our shop.
Birthday Mailing List
Send us details of your child/children or special little person's birthday and we will send your child a birthday card and a promotional voucher to use against future purchases.
3rd Party Mailing Lists
Please be comfortable in knowing that we do not provide any 3rd party companies with your details from our mailing lists, any information given to us in solely for the use of Children's party world mailing.
Refunds
We are sure you will be happy with your purchases from Children's Party World, we want you to be completely satisfied so if you aren't 100% happy with your purchase please advise us within 7 days of receipt, we will issue you with a return reference. Once you have notified us of your intent to return the goods, please do so within 14 days of receipt unused, with tags intact and in the original packing. Once we have received your package we will inspect the items and refund you within 14 days, your refund will be in the same method as your original payment.
We cannot refund any postage costs.

**Please note we cannot accept responsibility for any loss of returns until we are in receipt of the items, it is advisable to return items via a signed for service.
Faulty Items

We will then request you post the item back to us and we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Toy Safety
All our items are carefully selected are all comply with the European Toy Safety regulations and all carry the ce mark. Small items and novelties are not suitable for children under 3 years old, larger boxed items carry the age guidelines. Care should be taken with small items to avoid a choking hazard.
