| Order Despatch
On receipt of your order and on line payment we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. If payment is made by cheque then we will despatch your goods as soon as the cheque has cleared. We will notify you by email once your order has been released.
If your order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday then the goods will be despatched on the next working day.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock and the bulk of your order is available we will despatch the in stock items to you and forward the outstanding item/s to you as soon as they become available. Please note you will not be charged any further delivery costs for the despatch of the out of stock item/s.
Delivery Charges & Information
UK Standard Delivery - £3.95
Please select this option for delivery within 3 - 5 working days of despatch of your order. These timescales are based upon delivery to UK Mainland addresses, if you live in Northern Ireland, Islands, or Scottish Highlands please note that delivery can take longer.
UK Express Delivery - £5.95
Please select this option if you require your order a little faster, your goods will be with you within 3 working days of your order being despatched. Again the timescales are based upon delivery to UK Mainland addresses, if you live in Northern Ireland, Islands, or Scottish Highlands then please note delivery can take longer.
Next Day Special Delivery - £7.95
If you require your order urgently then you can opt for Next Day Special Delivery. Place your order with us by 1pm and your order will be despatched the same day and delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm the following day. This option only applies to UK Mainland addresses.
If you place your order on a Friday, weekend or bank holiday then this option will take slightly longer.
Special Delivery Saturday - £9.95
If you place your order on a Friday by 1pm and require your order to be with
You on the Saturday then please select this option. This option only applies to UK Mainland addresses.

We want to provide the best possible service to you, our customers, Our aim is to meet the estimated timescales for our detailed delivery services, however as we use Royal mail and have to rely on their services working efficiently then we cannot guarantee these services. There may be rare instances when deliveries may be outside the guidance delivery times, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control.
Delivery Weights
The charges detailed above are based on parcels up to 2kg in weight for UK deliveries and up to 2kg in weight for Non UK delivery addresses unless detailed otherwise. Additional postage charges will be advised prior to processing your order should you parcel weigh more.
Secure Delivery
We want to ensure safe receipt of your order therefore we will send your goods out using the Recorded Delivery service* Deliveries will require a signature therefore you will need to make sure that someone is available to sign for your order upon delivery. Please note that if no one is available then this could result in the delivery timescales not being met.
*Special Delivery orders will also require a signature therefore the same as process will apply.
